The Garnatxa and Cabernet were destemmed and macerated for 6 days in tank before pressing. Using only the free run juice for this cuvee, the wine aged in cuve for a 6 month elevage. Moises added a touch of Cartoixa before bottling, making the final blend 60% Grenache, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Cartoixa. A light-bodied wine layered with black fruits and subtle savoury notes before finishing with delicate tannins and a gentle touch of spice.
