From a single parcel planted by Catherine in 2020. The grapes were all hand-destemmed and macerated gently for 9 days before being pressed to stainless steel tank for a 9 month élevage. It shows delicate floral aromatics with silky red fruits and a plush mouthfeel. An extremely pleasurable first vintage from this parcel.
