A very special cuvée that Julie makes each vintage, donating 1 euro for every bottle sold to a different woman’s charity each year. In 2024 the cuvée was made as a pétillant naturel from the free run juice of Grolleau Noir. The finished wine is ultra crisp and ever so slightly-pink with a pleasant, subtle effervescence.
