The fruit was harvested from two parcels of 50-year-old vines and left in whole clusters for four days of maceration. The wine rested in fibreglass and stainless steel for 6 months before bottling. A light and joyful wine that we always serve from the fridge with crunchy red fruits and a bright and fresh finish.
