From 60 year old vines planted on limestone soil with very little top soil. Due to the very warm summer in 2024, the grapes were picked at the start of the harvest in early August to preserve freshness. The fruit was directly pressed into a combination of new and old barrels where it aged for 2 years. A wonderfully elegant wine up there with Sylvain’s very best, showing a perfect balance of white flowers, citrus and stony minerals.
