Gamay from a plot of 'golden limestone’ in southern Beaujolais. Grapes were kept in whole bunches for a long gentle maceration before being pressed into 50 litre glass demijohns. Bottled at the start of Summer 2020. Pure, delicate and perfumed — gamay does not get better than this.
