The fruit here was grown mostly on clay-limestone soils from both of Christophe’s parcels in Dorlisheim and Mutzig. The grapes were directly-pressed and left for elevage in stainless steel for 9 months. Scents of white flowers are followed by a saline and crisp orchard fruit profile - this enlivening cuvée is one of our favourites for apéro.
