Fruit from Gerald Oustric of Le Mazel in Ardèche, harvested in the middle of September. Here the grapes were macerated delicately infusion-style for three weeks before pressing. Bottled just before December 2023, the resulting wine is unlike any other Carignan we have tasted. Light bodied and with an incredible clarity of fruit, this works wonderfully with a chill.
