The fruit here was harvested from the Bas-Rhin in Alsace at the end of September. 70% of the fruit was directly-pressed while the other 30% remained in whole bunches and was infused in the direct-press juice for 6 months. The clusters were pressed in April 2024 and all the pressed juice was bottled in July. A wonderfully charismatic wine that shows all manner of stone fruits alongside floral aromatics and refreshing salinity.
