As the name ‘PPP’ suggests, this is a blend of 3 Pinot varietals (Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris). All the fruit is de-stemmed and co-fermented in fibreglass tank for three weeks before being moved to old barrels for one year of elevage before bottling. 2021 was a year of lively acids in Alsace, this wine is no exception, it drinks like a Alsacien Pinot Noir with a beautiful floral component coming from the Pinot Gris.
