Fruit sourced from a biodynamic vineyard in the south of Ardèche. Pierre elected to macerate for 5 days keeping grapes in whole bunches before destemming and then macerating for another week. A lifted, fresh expression of Merlot with generous, concentrated black fruits and a pleasantly structured finish.
