Fruit from younger vines on gravel, clay and limestone soils. The grapes were destemmed and macerated for six days before being pressed into tank for fermentation and élevage. A delightful wine with tart, crunchy red fruits, a subtle herbaceous character and light tannins - drinks wonderfully with a chill.
