Fruit from Pierre’s terraced vine parcel, which is a co-plantation of mostly Pinot Noir and Gamay with a few rows of Pineau d’Aunis, Ploussard, and Muscat. The fruit was all harvested together and saw a week of whole bunch maceration before destemming for another week of maceration. The fruit was then pressed and left in cuve for around 9 months of élevage. The result is an elegant wine bursting with vivid, fresh red fruits, with a subtle earthy note, framed by delicate tannins.
