Made from the first harvest of Wilfried’s vines that are planted on clay and silt soils and grow at 1300m in the Pyrenees, one of the highest elevation vineyards in France. After picking, the grapes were macerated for 3 days in whole bunches before pressing and ageing for 8 months in old barrels. An extremely small production that shows a harmonious balance of bright citrus, white flowers and a long mineral finish - this is but a glimpse into what is to come from this special domaine high up in the mountains.
