This 50/50 blend of Mauzac and Muscat was harvested from vines in Limoux planted on sandy limestone soils and macerated in whole bunches for 2 weeks. Besides its floral aromatics and a palate of lush stonefruit, this easygoing wine offers incredible refreshment with its long saline finish.
