A blend of hybrid varieties all co-planted in 2013 on clay and limestone soils. The grapes were de-stemmed by hand and macerated for two weeks on the skins before a gentle press and élevage in large oval tank. A beguiling, highly perfumed wine showing fresh, ripe red fruits and just a touch of earthy tannin on the finish.
