The grapes were harvested from vines planted on limestone soils in Bonastre, foot-crushed and macerated for 5 days. After a gentle manual press, the wine rested for 8 months in tank and a further year in bottle before release. This shows gentle stone fruit and almond, with a savoury, lightly herbal character and a fine thread of salinity.
