From vines in Alba-la-Romaine planted on pure limestone. This release’s blend is 60% Chardonnay vinified in stainless steel and 40% Grenache Blanc vinified for 6 months in barrels. The lean 2021 vintage was followed by a hot year in 2022 prompting Sylvain to here blend the two vintages. The end result is an agile wine which dazzles with its balance between richness and freshness.
