From the second harvest from Axel’s Cinsault parcel where grapes were harvested 10 days later than those in La Capitalution to allow for slightly riper fruit. The grapes were left in whole bunches for a 10 day maceration before pressing and élevage in cuve. A lean, light-bodied red with lively red fruits and a crisp, racy finish.
