Fruit from an older parcel Emilie has been nursing back to health since 2022. Her first harvest of the vines produced a small amount of high quality fruit — so little, in fact, she was only able to make 300 bottles! For vinification, the grapes were macerated for 3 days resulting in a pale, almost translucent ruby red in the glass. Youthful and energetic, with tart red fruit, wild herbs and a gentle savoury edge.
