Harvested from Les Salicaires in Roussillon – 40% Carignan and 20% Mourvèdre with 2 days of maceration, combined with 30% Muscat d’Alexandrie and 10% Syrah that saw 5 days of maceration. Always one of our favourite wines from Wilfried, this lightweight red-white blend shows lifted floral aromatics alongside tart red and black fruits, and a refreshing salinity.
