From vines planted on clay soils in Navarra. This year Imanol elected for an infusion style maceration for a week before ageing in barrel for one year. The product is perhaps our favourite vintage of this cuvee yet - a beguiling wine with a haunting perfume that is all brambly black fruits and earth, framed by delicate tannins.
