As with the previous vintage, the fruit was harvested from the vines of Joachim Roque (Domaine Carterole) in the Roussillon. After a 10 day whole bunch maceration, the juice was left to age in fibreglass tank before bottling in Spring. Wonderfully balanced, the exuberant floral notes are accompanied by minerals, stone fruits and a fresh saline finish.
