Sourcing fruit from Les Salicaires in Roussillon, the Mourvèdre was harvested and saw a 2-day whole bunch maceration while the Carignan and Grenache Noir were vinified together with a 3-day whole bunch maceration, before all was blended together. A bright and fresh style, with crunchy red fruits and just a touch of spice.
