The fruit was harvested from the south-east facing parcel, Sous La Roche. This long élevage oxidative Savagnin was in a single large wooden foudre for 6 years with no topping-up of the barrel. A wonderfully layered wine with flavours of dried fruits, nuts and warm spice as well as an extremely long saline finish. One of the finest examples we have tried.
