All the fruit in this blend was harvested on the same day from a 50-year-old parcel in the village of Eguisheim, Alsace. The grapes were macerated in whole bunches for five days before a slow manual press. A playful wine with a gentle nose of citrus, and an abundance of minerality and acidity on the finish.
