The fruit here was sourced from friends in Alsace, with the Chardonnay macerated in whole bunches for two weeks then blended with a small amount of Auxerrois. A gorgeous apricot colour in the glass, this wine has verve and energy with lean stone fruit and just a touch of tannin.
