From a .25ha parcel of vines planted on clay soils near to Stéphane’s cellar. One-third of the fruit was de-stemmed while the rest remained in whole bunches for a two week maceration. A savoury and earthy style of Gamay, with dense black fruit and delicate tannins. This has great aging potential, but for those enjoying now, a short decant allows this wine to express all its complexity.
