From vines planted on limestone and basalt soils. The grapes underwent carbonic maceration for 6 days and, for this cuvée, just the free-run juice was emptied from the tank for a short élevage in fibreglass. Generous savoury and herbaceous aromatics are lifted by a subtle floral note, leading to vibrant dark fruits, fine structure and a fresh finish. Perfect to drink now, especially with a light chill.
