75% Chardonnay and 25% Sauvignon Blanc where Sylvain took juice from 2023 barrels of Chardonnay, a tank of 2024 macerated Sauvignon Blanc, and direct-press fruit from both vintages. Sylvain’s expertise as a winemaker and taster allowed him to carefully select the right amount from each barrel and tank to achieve this vibrant wine with harmonious freshness, fruit, and texture. A delightful cuvée making its appearance for the very first time.
